In order to use any service on Adam & Hawa
you should be a paid member… However you
can view you inbox if another paid member sent
you a message. Other services require different
membership payments.
Is my personal information safe?
We
provide complete security, no one can access your
information, email is sent to other users using
your nickname. The information in the profile
is what other members can view.
How Important is to include a picture
"A picture is worth a thousand words".
Adding your picture is one of the most important
aspects of your profile, as per statistics it
increases your chances up to 10 times. Most members
won't even search a profile without a picture.
Picture is the first impression that is given
to the viewers and you don't want to give them
a blank first impression.
How many messages I can send or receive?
Members can send or receive unlimited numbers of messages.
What are my chances, is there a quick way to get
noticed?
You first option is to include your picture. Adam
& Hawa main focus is to help members get noticed
and receive quick responses. We have different
services of Member of the day, Adam & Hawa
Tree and Hawa of the week. Your picture will be
viewed on different pages including the Home page
depending on the service you choose and pay for.
I forget my Username or Password or both?
You can retrieve your password and even username
by clicking on Forgot Password. It is very important
that you give an active e-mail address you wrote
the first time you registered..
What is the Hot List?
While viewing a profile you can add each of the
profile into your Hot list. Once you add a member
to your Hot List the other member will be able
to know that some one has added you in his/her
hot list.
What is the recommended size of pictures
to upload?
To keep your profile viewing fast and quick make
sure that you do not upload picture bigger then
a post card size. The size should be less then
50K and the allowable extensions are JPG, GIF
and PNG.
How do I change my Password?
Click on change password in My Account section.
System will ask you for your old password and
then for the new one. It is recommended to change
the password at least once in every three months.
Why can’t I change certain things
in Edit Profile?
Certain
things such as date of birth, height, country
of birth and gender cannot be changed in your
profile.
How do I send messages to other members?
Members can send unlimited messages to other members
by click on Send Message button next to each profile,
once a message is sent the other member gets a
instant notification via e-mail.
How many pictures I can include in my profile?
You can upload up to 3 pictures and a video of
your own.
How can I change my username?
Usernames cannot be changed after registration.
If you really want a new username, you will have
to register a new account.
How do I remove my profile / cancel my membership?
To remove your profile,
log into your account, and then find the link
option that says Member Cancellation Form, fill
out the form and send it across... Your profile
will be removed online.
All paid fees are non-refundable.
